The Shingles Vaccines is currently funded for those who are currently 65 years old and requires 2 scheduled doses. Put it on your to do list soon as your turn 65 :-) If you would like the unfunded Shingles Vaccine please call us for more information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel any bookings please let us know more than 24 hours from your booking time. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your booking time we will charge you a $20 cancellation fee.
