This is a service to help us support individuals who have been diagnosed with Gout before. What do we do? We take an on the spot Uric Acid test, then we decide which Gout medication is suitable for you or whether a referral to your Dr is required.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel any bookings please let us know more than 24 hours from your booking time. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your booking time we will charge you a $10 cancellation fee.
