Active Ingredients:
Collagen peptides (Bovine).
May contain milk, fish and tree nuts.

Dosage:
Combine 1 scoop of powder in approximately 200 mL of water and mix well. Product can be prepared with other liquids such as milk or coffee or add to your smoothie if desired.  All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours, if refrigerated.
